Refunds
14 days to try the whole app, then 30 days to change your mind. Self-serve, no questions, no retention flow.
The app is unreleased and nothing on this site takes payment, so there is nothing to refund today. This is the policy the first sale will land on.
Try it first
The trial is the whole app for 14 days — every module, including delete, quarantine and undo. Nothing is switched off and nothing is watermarked, because the thing worth evaluating is the review screen, and a review screen you cannot use tells you nothing.
The 30-day window
If you bought it and it is not for you, request a refund within30 days of purchase from the licence portal. It is processed without a conversation. You do not have to explain yourself, and nobody will offer you a discount to stay.
Refunds are returned to the original payment method by the merchant of record, which is who appears on your statement and who handles the tax. Bank timing is theirs, not ours — typically a few business days.
After the window
Past 30 days the sale stands, but the licence does not expire and every v1.x update stays included, so there is nothing you lose by keeping it unused. If something is broken rather than unwanted, write to us — a bug is a support question, not a refund question, and we would rather fix it.
